Uniquely different, Hot Metal Diner promises hungry customers a truly enjoyable dining experience. Rooted in years of working in and then owning her own restaurants, Owner Wendy Betten’s food is infused with her love of the restaurant business and care for her guests. Hot Metal Diner’s menu features fresh and flavorful dishes guaranteed to satisfy.

The Hot Metal Diner serves breakfast and lunch daily 6 A.M to 3 P.M.  Go to our Menu page to see a copy of our menu.

We are located along Lebanon Road across the road from Hot Metal Harley Davidson near the Port Authority Garage and the Allegheny County Airport.  We are also close to Century III Mall.  Go to our Directions page to get detailed directions.

See you soon

Hot Metal Diner is proud to have received not one but two Readers' Choice Awards in the Pittsburgh Tribune Review.  We were rated as the restaurant with the Best Fish Sandwich and also as the Best Family-Owned Business.  Let our family prepare a fish sandwich for you or any of our other breakfasts or lunches.

The Hot Metal Diner is proud to have participated, along with the Diner Ladies, in a special effort to help the Pittsburgh Fallen Heroes Fund for police officers Kelly, Mayhle and Sciullo.  Donations totaled over  $18,000.
